Test object integration
Due to constant progress in development, existing test benches must always be kept up to date. To avoid having to develop a new test bench for every development step, we develop, manufacture, test, and deliver mechanical and bionic adaptations to integrate new test specimens into existing test benches on the one hand, and to test current test specimens on new test benches on the other. This approach not only saves time but also costs.
Test bench operation
We support you throughout the testing and validation phase of your powertrain system development and its subcomponents on our test benches from start to finish. We offer 24/7 operation, including holiday and weekend support, and ensure smooth operation with minimal downtime.
Our expertise in test bench development and operation also flows into forward-looking projects: As part of the REASSERT research project, BRIGHT is implementing a central test bench for the comprehensive analysis and reconditioning of used electric traction motors—mechanically, electrically, thermally, and functionally—in order to enable sustainable reuse through a variety of test procedures.
