Brief Description

The PowerManager 2.5 is a modular power distribution and load management system for demanding development and test bench applications. It enables the precise distribution, monitoring, and control of electrical power, as well as the bidirectional charging and discharging of battery systems. Thanks to its flexible architecture, integrated protection functions, and comprehensive communication interfaces, the PowerManager 2.5 can be seamlessly integrated into existing test benches and automated test environments.

Challenge

Electrical development and validation environments are becoming increasingly complex. Different loads, various battery systems, and dynamic load profiles must be reliably powered, monitored, and controlled. At the same time, demands for automation, data acquisition, and the reliable protection of test objects and test systems are on the rise. Conventional power supply solutions quickly reach their limits in this context.

Solution

PowerManager 2.5 combines power distribution, load management, battery management, and performance monitoring in a single intelligent system. Each power channel is monitored individually and can be switched on or off independently. Precise measurement data, integrated protection mechanisms, and remote control and automation enable safe, efficient, and reproducible operation—from development through validation.
